Chrysalis, Queen of the Changelings

Well, damn. Season 2 of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic has ended on the incredibly high note that was the Canterlot Wedding double-feature. With three great musical pieces and excellent characters and voice acting, they make up my most favorite episodes of Friendship is Magic to date. (Sorry, Zecora, but Bridle Gossip has to back off a bit.)

Chrysalis the changeling was a bit of a surprise. I was expecting an evil clone or just a really ticked off twin sister. But, nope. A Changeling. Who feeds off of love. Equestria's a dangerous place and I don't want to live there.

What I liked most was her insect-like appearance. On top of that, she made crackling and clicking sounds when she walked around, only further enhancing the fact that she was designed to be like an insect. Also, she flies like one. Overall, pretty creepy, but I loved the design. Simple, yet effective.

I'm just going to add this to the flood of Chrysalis fanart that has popped up.
